Move-out will not commence until the halls are clear of visitors and it is safe to do so.
No product, furniture or stand dressing materials may be removed from the exhibition before 4:00pm.
Security guards will not allow you to pack up and leave prior to the show close at 4:00pm.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

• All exhibitors MUST wear high visibility safety vests, enclosed shoes and Exhibitor Badge at all times while on the exhibition floor and on the loading dock once the exhibition is closed.
• No open toe shoes are permitted to be worn during move out. Please ensure appropriate footwear is worn by all staff dismantling your stand otherwise you will be asked to leave.
• Children 15 years and under are not allowed in the halls or loading dock during move out.
• No alcohol is to be consumed during move-out.

Move out will not commence and the loading dock doors will not be opened until these precautions are complied with. Failure to adhere to these instructions will result in a slower move out for all.

• Hand-held items will be allowed to be taken out of the halls, through the front doors once the show has closed at 4:00pm. There will be a limited number of trolleys available from the AVN Site Desk at Loading Dock 2.
• At approximately 4:30pm, AVN will commence the return of storages boxes / crates to stands using pallet jacks. Once all storage has been returned, forklift service will be available to exhibitors.
• Loading dock doors will only open once all visitors have left the exhibition and it is deemed safe to do so. Approximately 4:30pm. Please expect delays.

POWER

Power to the stands will be switched off half an hour after the show closes, please make sure all transactions reliant on power are completed by this time.

LOADING DOCK ACCESS

The loading dock will be closed to all vehicles until approx. 4:30pm. Until this time, items may only be hand carried through the front concourse doors and transported to the car park.

• Only vehicles over 1.8m high can access the loading dock, all other vehicles will be directed to the car park located under the venue.
• Vehicles under 1.8m can access the hall from the ICC Car Park.
  Exhibitors with small hand carried items are encouraged to use the car park below the exhibition centre and exit via the front of the halls to prevent being delayed on the dock.
• Vehicles are permitted to stay on the loading dock for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you think you will require more than time, please liaise directly with loading dock staff.

SECURITY

• Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their displays and exhibits until removed. Diversified Australia will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any items.
• Exhibitors are reminded that goods will be at risk during move out and that stands should not be left unattended until all items and equipment have been collected by the appropriate suppliers.

STAND BUILDING MATERIALS & PRODUCT

All remaining space only exhibits, vehicles/machinery and stand building materials must be completely removed from the exhibition no later than 2.00pm on Friday 25^th July. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you have not organised a courier to collect your goods before 2pm on Friday 25^th July please come to the Customer Service Desk, located on Level 2, Hall 1 – Registration Desk. We will put you in touch with AVN Event Logistics who will be able to assist with the movement and interim storage of your goods.

If you are using alternate freight forwarder to collect your goods from the exhibition, these need to be packed and clearly labelled with a signed consignment note and left on your stand space. All items must be collected by the move out times detailed above.

• It is essential your boxes be marked with the information above. Sometimes during move out freight companies do not pick up goods because information is missing, or freight is moved around.

IMPORTANT

• Uncollected Freight: Any uncollected freight remaining after 2:00pm Friday 25^th July will be freighted off-site and stored at the exhibitor’s expense. No responsibility will be accepted by Diversified Australia for the return of these items.

In the interest of safety and convenience also take note of the following:

• Allow sufficient time and don’t rush.
• It is strongly recommended that all valuable items be removed first.
• Follow the directions of the security guards and allow them to do their job.
• Wear your exhibitor badge at all times.
• All WH&S regulations on move in will also be enforced for move out.
• If you are not able to remove your entire product or stand dressing materials by the times stipulated above, please contact Luke Norris, Operations Manager.

Stock to be collected should be boxed and left in the middle of your stand with clear instructions, a contact name and mobile number of the person collecting the items.  Items not clearly labeled will be regarded as rubbish and may be disposed of.  Alternatively, goods may be stored with AVN Event Logistics at the cost of the exhibitor.
