All fork lifts and material handling will be operated by the official Logistics & Freight Forwarder AVN Event Logistics.

Exhibitors or their stand-builders requiring a forklift during move in or move out, must pre-book these services in advance through AVN. Please see their Onsite Handling Request Form in the link below.

Please note if you require a forklift that can lift greater than 2.5 Tonne, please contact AVN to ensure appropriate equipment is available onsite.

There are no on-site storage facilities for packing materials and boxes. Exhibitors may not leave boxes and packing material in the exhibition display area during the show. Exhibitors or their stand-builders requiring storage during the show, must pre-book these services in advance.
