I need to organise power for my stand
To order power please contact Harry the Hirer or place an order their online portal which has been emailed to the stand coordinator.
What days can I move in
SPACE ONLY stands have access from 8.00am on Tuesday 22 July 2025.
SHELL SCHEME STANDS will be ready to be occupied by 12:00pm, Tuesday 22 July 2025.
If you require access to the loading dock please refer to the Dates and Times page for access times.
If you require use of a forklift, please contact AVN to pre-book your forklift.
I need to drop off my stand items through the loading dock

Delivery label
To send your stand items to the venue please use this Delivery label. One of your staff members or a representative needs to be at the venue to sign for the delivery as the venue or AVN will not sign for freight on your behalf.
I want to have a function on my stand
Any catering or functions on your stand are booked through the ICC Exhibitor Services at the venue.
Please refer to the Stand Catering & Kiosk Account order form on the on the Exhibitor Services Website page for further information.
Functions or catering occurring outside of show opening hours require approval by the Operations Manager.
I need to organise furniture for my stand
To order furniture please contact Harry the hirer or place an order via their portal that has been sent to your stand coordinator.
Can I bring my own furniture in?
Yes you can. All furniture must be removed at the end of the event. Additional charges may apply for any items left uncollected
