Please note the following:
- There will be a scheduled move in and move out for exhibitors bringing heavy vehicles or machinery. The organiser will liaise directly with exhibitors bringing heavy vehicles or machinery to organise delivery and pick up times.
- If you have a heavy vehicle or machinery please complete the Demonstrations, Vehicle and or Machinery Display Requirements order form via the ReGen portal. Login details required.
- SPACE ONLY stands and CONTRACTORS have access from 8.00am on Tuesday 22 July.
- SHELL SCHEME STANDS will be ready to be occupied from 12.00pm, Tuesday 22 July. These times are for exhibitors to deliver their goods and set up their stands.
- Vehicles under 1.8m will be directed to the carpark.
- The wearing of High Vis safety vests will be enforced by the organiser and security staff during move in.
- No children of 15 years or under will be allowed on site during move in. No open toe shoes to be worn during move in, in the exhibition centre or on the loading dock.
- There will be no access to build stands the opening morning of the show.
- All stands must be completed & ready (and all rubbish removed from the premises) by 6.00pm on Tuesday 22 July.

Exhibitors can gain entry up to two hours before opening time on each show day. If you require access earlier than the above times please contact our Exhibitor Customer Service Team.

Please note the following:
- Move-out of product will commence approximately 30 minutes after the close of the show or once the halls are clear of visitors and it is safe to do so.
- Exhibitors are advised to remove all valuables and portables at this time.
- Please note delays are often experienced on the loading dock during build up and breakdown.
- All Shell Scheme stands must be completely moved out by 10:00pm on Thursday 24 July
- All Space Only Stands must have items completely removed by 2:00pm Friday 25 July. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you are not able to remove your entire product or stand dressing materials by 2:00pm Friday 25 July please contact the Operations Manager.
